Services can have many uses, but essentially they are a way to keep a running record of support that is being provided to an individual. Notes that are attached to a service can help to collect data about progress being made, whether with one provider or across multiple providers. These notes can then be used to provide powerful analytics related to an individual or an entire cohort.
