Discussions are used as a secure way to communicate with others on a team, in place of email, phone calls, and other forms of communication. Discussions can be created for strictly one-on-one conversations, or as a way to update the entire team at once. Team members can even be added after a conversation has been created, if needed. This allows for all information related to an individual to be housed in one secure location.
