Getting Started on Windows and Mac
New User Account Setup
Step 1: On the eCare Vault Login page (http://my.ecarevault.com ), you can choose to Login with
Google, Login with Facebook, Login with LinkedIn, or type in your email address and click .
Step 2: If signing up in with email, create a login password for eCare Vault and click .
Step 3: Create an account by filling out the Signup Form and clicking Create My Account.
Step 4: If you signed up with email, you will be prompted to enter a code sent to the e-mail
address used. Paste in or type the code, and click.
Step 5: Once verified, you will be taken into the application. If you are signing up through an
invitation, you will be taken right to the Care Feed, otherwise you will be taken to the Add a Care Recipient page to add your first Care Recipient and build their Care Team.
Logging In
Step 1: On the eCare Vault Login page (http://my.ecarevault.com ), you can choose to Login with
Google, Login with Facebook, Login with LinkedIn, or type in your email address and click .
Step 2: If logging in with email, enter your login password for eCare Vault and click . Step 3: Continue by entering your Vault Key and clicking Submit.
