eCV Knowledge Base: How to Create a Discussion

To start a new secure discussion, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the Start a Discussion button found on the Discussions page or click on the 

Connect button found on the Care Feed.

Step 2: You will be taken to the Start a Discussion form. If you do not have a Care Recipient 

selected, you will be prompted to select one.

Step 3: Type in a subject for the Discussion as well as the starting message.

Step 4: Include a document by clicking Attach a File Step 5: Add Team Members to the Discussion by clicking Add Members and selecting them from the dropdown.

Step 6: Click Start to kick off the Discussion.
