Vault Key

Your Vault Key is a secondary password that the user will create to lock their information and ensure their account is extra secure. You will be required to enter your Vault Key to unlock Safe Spaces when you first log in. Safe Spaces will automatically lock any time you leave the application open for 15 minutes without interaction.

You are encouraged to create a Vault Key that is different from your password.

When the Safe Spaces application is locked, you will see the below screen:

From here you can either unlock the application or reset your Vault Key securely by clicking ‘Forgot Vault Key’.
