eCV Knowledge Base: Resource Library
Overview
eCare Vault’s Resource Library allows organizations to store documents and videos in a secure location for users to search and access them. Unlike documents attached to a specific Team, these resources are made available to all users within an organization. The use of the Resource Library will simplify access to user guides, instructional videos, and other important resources, allowing users to view while logged into eCare Vault, instead of having to access an additional solution or website.
Navigating to and Searching for a Resource
Go to the Documents tab and click on the folder of your Organization. From there, click on “Resource Library”. This will give you access to all resources managed by your organization.
To search for a specific resource, click into the Search text box and enter a keyword. Then click on the Magnifying Glass icon to initiate the search.
The screen will show the results of your search.
Selecting one of the options will show the details of the file.
The file can be viewed directly in the browser from this view.
To exit the player click on the 'X' button at the top right of the screen.
