Notice to Users: Transitioning from iOS to our Mobile Responsive Web Application

Effective January 1, 2022, the native iOS app will be going into maintenance mode and will no longer be available for download in the app store. In preparation for this, if you wish to use eCare Vault on a mobile device, we would like to guide you on how to access and login to our mobile responsive web application on your mobile device.

Below are the steps as well as a video on how to access the web application as well as bookmark it and add it to your devices homepage. This will allow a very user friendly way to open the app as well as all of the functionality available in the desktop application as well.

Step 1: Navigate in the mobile browser to http://www.ecarevault.com

Step 2: Click on the 2 lines in the upper right hand corner to open the navigation menu

Step 3: Select the log into app option

Step 4: This will bring you to the eCare Vault application login screen

Step 5: At this point, you can use the bookmark function at the bottom of the device screen to add this site to your favorites and also to add it to your homescreen (which will allow you to access this screen just like at app!)
